Our family rang this frigid morning as - oops - we forgot to check the oil level in the basement reader. Zoom zoom zip! Lick-ity split Jimmy scheduled us in. Promptly at 1pm his pleasant smile greeted us behind frosty windows. (Dude. I was Popsicle level cold.) Having never looked at a boiler or the associated oil tank I asked for a lesson. Yes. Anyhoo, a lesson was provided. The fuel gauge was cleaned. And poor Jimmy returned to the outside cold to add oil. Blessedly Jimmy was patient with my ignorance. He skipped down to the basement and restarted our boiler. (It is my parent's. I just lived here for ~twenty years during formative years.) Jimmy pumped the air out of the boiler - explaining this in simpleton terms - without making me feel the fool I am. AM Fuel Oil Co. also offers on demand service visits. I had paid three different Pool companies over the years to detect it and paid a fortune overtime but no one could pinpoint where it was leaking. This year I googled and found Frank and Nick from Prime line and leak detection LLC who were professional , amazing guys that knew what they were talking about because they are licensed plumbers with special tools. They accurately pinpointed the leaks in the underground pipe lines, efficiently repaired the problem by digging a small area without unnecessarily tearing up my brick patio or damaging my property.
