She was a rude, inexperienced staff member. She told us an application for child benefits could not be processed without the IEP from the School District. I know this not to be true. I wanted to make a complaint because all the documents were faxed over a week ago by 2 agencies ,plus myself. Ms. Oliveira proceeds to tell me all Supervisors are busy. After asking for a manager .she tells me there is none ,only supervisors. I wanted to clarify to make sure she was saying there are no Managers. At this point I asked for her name and she says there is a Manager but she is not allowed to give out the name. I am annoyed at this point and asked if she was going to put the complaint in? She said she would let a Supervisor know with a flippant attitude! I responded that wording matters and letting someone know and a formal complaint are two different things. Lets just say the conversation did not end well. Wait! But there more. I wait until almost 4pm to call back after I got the MANAGERS Name from another SS office. This employee not only tried to justify what Ms. Oliveira did,by saying they don't give out names for the safety of employees. Well someone better let these other employees from different offices know the rules and scrub the internet. I only asked her could I speak with the elusive Ms. Roldan, This employee needed the whole story only to tell me she was not available and gaslight me some more with justification tales on a conversation she was not privy to in the morning. She accused me of attacking her because I said being new and not knowing your job or where to find documents in the system means she needs better training or a different job! I explained to her I don't handle unprofessionalism and disrespect well. She did not receive that well and started talking over me and I kindly told her she needs Jesus. I don't usually deal with the Patchogue office and never will again if I don't have too. The 800 call center is worse. I stayed on hold from 6pm to midnight two nights in a row. Either waik your documents in ,or mail them certified ! I have no time for incompetence,gaslighting with excuses. please train your enployee on Customer service Ms. Roldan. Please review phone calls from 10:30 AM and from around 3:58pm -415pm

Emotions were high, and words were exchanged resulting in me being assaulted by four employees of the hospital. One was holding my dying fur baby in her arm while attacking me. Officer Ryan McAdam was called to the scene. Not only did he ignore my request for an ambulance, but he refused to call his supervisor, continued making threatening statements at me, leaving me to fear for my life. He lied to me about seeing the security camera footage. He told me "from what he saw" I deserved what I got. I recorded him saying all of this. When a witness came forward to show Officer McAdam what she had recorded, he ignored her. Thankfully she text me the video which clearly shows me being assaulted. Officer Brianne Campbell was assigned to the case. During our meeting, she had written down on paper all of the details. She seemed to care at that moment. She promised me upon her return from vacation, she would contact my witness for a statement. She also said she would get the footage from the veterinary hospital's security cameras. She didn't do any of that. I later found out by someone else that those cameras never worked. I finally got in touch with Officer Campbell in October. She used the computers being hacked as an excuse for not returning my calls. That was when I reminded her that she had written it all down. She told me she would call me back within the hour after she reviewed those documents, but I never heard from her. I called again two weeks later, and spoke to Officer Finkwell. He told me Officer Campbell would be out that week. When I vented to him about the departments lack of communication, he took it personally, and told me he didn't appreciate me taking out my frustrations on him. We had words. He accused me of saying things to him that I never said. I reminded him that I was the victim here, not him. I saw where this was going so I asked to speak to Sergeant Casey. The Sergeant never got on the phone, nor did he return my call. After speaking to IA, Officer Campbell finally reached out. She must have been offended that I called IA because her demeanor completely changed. She accused me of being the aggressor, and continued informing me that it was legal for the hospital employees to put their hands on me because according to her, I refused to leave. How can I leave when I had four people, two being men, on top of me? Also, I would never leave without my fur baby, which was in the arms of my attacker at that moment. This precinct is the perfect example of why there are so many issues with law enforcement today,

From my mailbox in 1 city to another city with a post office box. I mailed this holiday card on…read more12/18/24 & received it back on 2/28/25!!! Opened of course, with a lane stamp that it was received in poor condition. My post office didn't open it because they attempted delivery. When it got to Patchogue, obviously they knew they had to stamp it as damaged & return it when they attempted to search for the non-existent greenbacks. Ridiculous!!

Worst post office I've ever dealt with! I have shipped a good number of items from here and a…read morenumber of them had gone lost and were never found. I've even submitted extensive searches and inquires to these items and nothing came of it. How does this happen in modern times, especially when there is tracking?? What is even the point of tracking really then, so essentially I was robbed. These were expensive item too and basically i was told (nicely) tough and there's is nothing you can do about it. I would give them zero stars if I could, but I guess I will leave it for the people that work behind the counter that are always nice and professional. Will never use them again to ship anything!
