Luckily didn't fall in the mud. Walked in and explained my lack of shoes on this trip. Was directed by a kind female associate to some semi water proof sketcher boots. 3 colors but they only had one in my size. They must have other stores because they can have a pair sent the next day. Although called Mr Shoes the shop does in fact sell more than just shoes - it also sells sandals, flip flops, trainers and boots. These are for both men and women, but there are no childrens shoes sold. There are often sales and special offers available, such as buy one get one half price. Due to the size of the shop there are very few sizes on display and they dont have a wide range of sizes in the store room which can be disappointing. Price wise I would say that the store is very competitive. Styling is often very modern. Staff are often helpful and will check stock in another branch for you if you request it.

They have well-trained staff who can measure and check the fit of your child's shoes properly. They can get very busy at peak times but they always operate a ticket system so that they know who to serve next. At busy times they also show a movie in an adjoining room on a big screen to keep the children occupied while they are waiting. The shoes are excellent and I have never been disappointed with any of my purchases here.
