I have been attending the surgery for more than 2 years under the care of Esin, a physiotherapist, for the treatment of ongoing inflammation of various joints. I have received cortisone injections in my shoulders, hips and knees. Esin is a brilliant physiotherapist - very caring, really listens to you and ensures she is giving you the right treatment. I can thoroughly recommend Esin and the surgery in general.

One woman in particular was very argumentative and rude, I am glad she seems to have gone as I have not seen her for a while. The practise manager has changed as well. The on-line appointment booking is a joke unless you want to see the pharmacist or if you are lucky a nurse. Phoning is not much better, you can call at 8 am as soon as the phone lines are switched on and be 20th in the queue or at 8:01 get 'sorry your call can not be completed at present, please try again later' as all the lines are busy. You can sometimes book appointments weeks in advance ,but what use is that if you need medical attention now? You are either better, terminal or dead by then. Or at the very least suffering. If you are not already with this surgery don't bother joining.
