I have been able to phone the surgery quite easily, and also get online to ask for appointments. Personally I have found the receptionists to be polite and helpful. I have been attending the surgery for more than 2 years under the care of Esin, a physiotherapist, for the treatment of ongoing inflammation of various joints. I have received cortisone injections in my shoulders, hips and knees. Esin is a brilliant physiotherapist - very caring, really listens to you and ensures she is giving you the right treatment. Getting an appointment is near impossible. They have had a staff change by the look of it. One woman in particular was very argumentative and rude, I am glad she seems to have gone as I have not seen her for a while. The practise manager has changed as well. The on-line appointment booking is a joke unless you want to see the pharmacist or if you are lucky a nurse. Phoning is not much better, you can call at 8 am as soon as the phone lines are switched on and be 20th in the queue or at 8:01 get 'sorry your call can not be completed at present, please try again later' as all the lines are busy. You can sometimes book appointments weeks in advance ,but what use is that if you need medical attention now? You are either better, terminal or dead by then. Or at the very least suffering. If you are not already with this surgery don't bother joining. read more

Has to be the worst surgery I've ever been to. Rude staff who give the impression that they are better than you. For such I large surgery, I would have expected better resources and more profesional staff. Especially the front desk staff who are the worst of the lot. read more

the best doctors surgery in the area, with efficient and friendly staff who are well presented and helpful. the surgery has many doctors, both male and female, who are all really nice and caring towards all ages. the surgery also offers a nurses station in the back, for midwife checks, vaccinations, asthma clinic, travel clinic and family planning to nae a few services they provide. with the pharmacy attached, it is easily accessible with parking too. read more
