It didn't get washed as much as I thought it would, no matter how much I dried it, there was always water spots, the tires were turning brown, I was always wiping the bugs off the windshield. No more water spots, no more dead bug residue on the windshield just a clean shiny car. The car now again feels smooth to the touch, like a fresh waxed car. I guess I learned my lesson.

I brought my son's car in for a detail for his 21st birthday and they ruined his steering wheel!…read moreAll of the leather type coating is completely rubbed off, leaving a very rough surface. We immediately went in to talk to the manager and he was completely unhelpful. He said all he can do is offer a $30 credit to buy a steering wheel cover off of amazon. We paid $200 for them to ruin his car. After seeing that the manager was handling it very unprofessionally, I left and called to talk to the owner and they told me the manager actually was the owner (I feel like they lied about this). The guy who did the detail did admit that he ruined the wheel by scrubbing the protective surface off. But said that since I accepted the $30, they were no longer willing to talk to me. The Honda dealership said replacing the wheel will be thousands of dollars and that they absolutely cost us a lot of money in resale value. Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. Do not take your car here for details!!!! ETA this review is out of Plainfield, IL. Profile location is wrong!

But I was suspicious. The car's never required 5 quarts before. In the morning, with a cold engine, I popped the hood & pulled the dipstick. Sure enough -- over full. Took a crappy picture with my cellphone but it's obvious.
