Jennifer has been taking care of me and my husband for years! We couldn't have a more caring and thorough doctor. We trust her opinion and guidance fully. Let me start off by saying this..NEVER have I EVER had such an horrible experience with this office, the front desk lady.. from the 1ST time that I came in, she had an attitude. Rude, to everyone, and always in a bad mood. Example... I came in, not wearing a mask, the man in front of me, no mask either. I come up and she flings a mask at me. And I said...You didnt have the man in front of men, wear one...Just pointing that out, nicely. But let's continue. I called, to ask a simple question from Jennifer..20 minutes back and forth, and couldnt speak to me for 60 seconds. I had been passing out 4 times, had to get stitches. Made an appointment with her at 4pm..FIRST let me say that I was indeed an emotional wreck..After being in the E.R twice, and feeling like im going to pass out every moment that I'm awake! Called to see if she could see me or set up a video call. Told them I'd come in, cause it's an emergency. They said they needed me to come in that day, to see me in person. I have NO ONE here to help me, pick me up, or take me. I did get angry and cuss, when I told her I have no way there..If I drive I could pass out and wreck! Still insisted I come in. My bank card was hacked and waiting for a new card to come in the mail. I had NO way there. But still.. I managed to get there. She leaves me in a room for 20 minutes, me feeling like im going to pass out.. ALLL I need is to ask her why.why and what could be making me feel this way. If it was indeed a panic attack, she should have taken 2 minutes to try and calm me down. But instead, the nurse said , "you dont look good" no shit!! and then the DOCTOR Jennifer, says, I can't help you If you are like this!!!. THAT'S YOUR JOB!!!! THEN, I had an appointment with her, the NEXT DAY. my mom drove almost 2 hours to be with me. I have the screen shot of my confirmed appointment. I get there, and the RUDE lady at the desk, said Oh i dont have an appointment, said oh yes i do...Asked if I could speak with my DOCTOR for 2 minutes since my mom was with me, just to ask a few questions.. the lady RUDELY said NO!! and said I was escorted off the property the day before..because I was SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO upset, I just wanted to go home.. THEY WANTED ME TO WALK HOME, I can barley stand without about hitting the floor passing out...luckily I found an uber driver who took the last 10$ that I had. She says she will no longer be seeing me because I verbally attacked her and the staff... MY mom said, to the front desk lady, wow, you are rude.... OH YES... that's verbally attacking someone!! THIS DOCTOR IS A FLAKE!!!!!!!!!! I had every right to be upset and worked up... YES I did say things over the phone out of anger and being so upset and gaslit. But the next day....with my mom, I had her come with me to see HOW THIS OFFICE AND PEOPLE TREATED ME!!!! Oh and I;m not the only person who has a problem with her and her office...Talked to another lady who was comforting me down in the E.R who said she doesn't like her either and neither does her mom... HA! Jennifer Sudduth and her assistant/nurse & the front desk.... ALLLL need to find new jobs. Cause you did not help me when I was in NEED OF HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I wanted to ask you 3 or 4 questions about what could be wrong with me. But you couldnt take the time out of your day to HELP A PATIENT!!!!!
