After leaving the store, and after I had a snack, I began scratching off the lotto cards...I found there were only FOUR lotto cards...looked in the bag for my receipt but there was NO RECEIPT. It is very obvious that the clerk only gave him four tickets intending to keep the fifth for herself when she could retrieve it later on. I know that workers are hard to come by but if she would steal from me she would STEAL FROM YOU... the owners could check cameras for that date and time...and watch until later when she tears off MY fifth ticket for herself. IF you shop here count your items, especially lotto tickets and your change...BEFORE leaving the checkout AND get a receipt!! Never again.

I went to the location in Springfield, Tn. at the corner of Central Ave and Hwy 49. I spend about…read more$150 a week every week there on gas and I am really tired of the things there. I like to pay at the pump, but that seems to be out of the question at this location. I just went there to fill up, and the first pump I pull up to there is no screen. So I walk inside and they tell me that that pump is prepay only, that the screen is broken. So I go about and move to another pump. This one the screen is working. I pump my gas and ask for a receipt, wrong, it is out of paper. The clerk has my receipt. So now I have to go back in for the second time. I ask the young lady to fix her pumps. She said that the screen went out on that pump yesterday during the rain storm. Ok, is it too much to put a sign on the pump saying prepay only? So I proceeding to ask her, I guess the storm knocked the second pump out of paper too huh? It is not a convenience store when you have to go inside twice, when the idea is not to go in at all!!!! I guess I can start buying my gas again somewhere else........Kroger. Very frustrated customer

When I verified dr office sent, pharmacist with attitude told me to have them send again. They did. Walgreen then said did not get. Dr office had to verbally call it in and was told walgreen system was broke. It's now been 6 hrs and walgreen is saying they are working on it and will call when it's ready. This is unacceptable.
