Estoy seguro que si fuera el/la dueño/a, si me los hubieran preparado. La verdad solo iba a desayunar eso porque eran los mejores huevos rancheros del área. They have an amazing bakery packed with croissants and amazing dessert! Staff was friendly and attentive. Facilities are clean. Service was fairly fast. They close at 2 PM. While there is limited parking, it is worth coming to even if you have to walk a ways. They have a great selection of all the traditional Mexican and American style breakfast and brunch foods. There is something for everybody from decadent waffles, crêpes and hotcakes, to healthier choices like eggs however you want them, omelettes, chilaquiles, fruit, breads, juices, etc. There are some vegetarian and even vegan options. The atmosphere was very nice. You can choose to dine outside or inside. It can get a little loud as this place is quite popular. Our server was very attentive and friendly. My food was delicious, and everyone else at my table seemed very happy and satisfied. They have American style coffee, a medium roast, and they offered to bring liquid cream to the table. (Otherwise they have powdered coffee mate). Everything was very clean and pleasant including the bathrooms. If given the chance I would definitely return. I really enjoyed it and believe you will too.
