I was under so much stress and in pain from my back surgery. I asked could i be moved to another room and that didn't happen. The food was horrible and the portions were very small. It took literally a hour and a half for food service to answer the phone so that i could place my order. Never again​

I recently did lose my other therapist because My mother and I both seen the same lady. She respectively told me it was a conflict of interest and wouldn't be able to give us the rest advice if she was seeing both of us. And that's how I found a wonderful Jean El-Fakhoury!!! So that's how I feel about the review underneath me let me tell you more about Jean! She is super caring, understanding gives you the time to speak. Sometimes I noticed that therapist or really quick to jump in when you're speaking. Not with her! She honestly listens takes time to develop what you're saying before she just gives your input. She also does a really great job of checking on you afterwards if it's been a hard session! I'm sorry to the gentleman underneath me I hope you did fine better help. But I do think that you taking out your frustrations about your nasty divorce on your therapist is not the way to go!

They said "It is the patients responsibility to go over this with their insurance before they come to the appointment. " Not even a hint of care or concern about the negative impact this will have on our family. Terrible experience, worse after care, and makes me feel cheated and swindled. I have submitted a complaint previously to the attorney generals office and have been working woth dept of insurance and financial services to make the aware of this systemic issue within the billing dept at HFHS. I recived three eob benefits for one date of service and the third and most recent I just recieved 9 mos after the date service occured this is concerning. I just contacted my insurance company and found out priority health only recived bill from hfhs 9 mos after the date of service for two claims! Why is hfhs deliquent in these claims now I am unable tonuse my fsa money to pay for these claims

Then they asked me if I wanted to reschedule - I wasn't the one that was late and it takes forever to get an appointment. It seems a waste of time and money to have to go every 3 months just to get prescription renewed when nothing has changed; just a way for Henry Ford to make money.
