The entire team treats us with kindness, patience, and genuine respect every step of the way. I want to give a special shout-out to Jodi -- she is an absolute godsend. Her support, empathy, and dedication to her work are truly something special. She's not just great at her job; she's an amazing human being, and we feel incredibly lucky to have her as part of our journey. Thank you to everyone at South Jersey Fertility Center for making such a stressful and emotional process feel a little lighter and filled with hope. You're making a real difference.

My iuis and first ivf were unsuccessful, however every person that works here has been great besides for Dr, Van Deerlin. Absolutely no bedside manners, told me I would never have a successful egg retrieval (false, I had 8 egg retrieved and 5 embryos first time go) and there was also another uncomfortable experience with him when I went through my miscarriage (I will not go into detail with this one). Since then, I am preparing for my second transfer. Let me tell you, no one is on the same page. the nurses, doctors and coordinators are all giving different information. I get things such as the process goes on, however I am the one constantly asking questions instead of being informed as changes come. in addition, the artisan ally app is horrendous along with the portal. The clinic had a good portal going and instead swapped it was an app that has 1.3 stars. I use to get calls in a timely manner when my test results would come in and now silence. I almost feel like I'm the patient, coordinator, and so on.

Where do I start on how HORRIBLE this place is. If you are severely struggling with infertility…read morewith an actual diagnosis, do NOT go here. I have low AMH and diminished ovarian reserve. The doctors at RMA over medicated me and under educated. I was not made aware that the chances of me getting pregnant were extremely slim, They did not explain my diagnosis or suggest a solution to me other than to push more meds with higher dosages. After seeing an amazing low Amh specialist around the corner, he told me how much damage higher dose meds does for someone with my diagnosis. I am currently pregnant with twins thanks to Dr. Check at the Cooper institute. I would NEVER recommend RMA! Not only did the doctors at RMA push an egg donor on me repeatedly, RMA over billed me and fouled up our claims so terribly that I had to fight RMA for over 6 months to get my $8,000 back. DO NOT GO HERE!

I did not have good experiences and felt that I was not receiving the communication I was looking for. I felt unheard and in the dark throughout the process. After hearing positive things about RMA from a friend, I decided to go for a consult. I met with Dr. Osman who reviewed my history and gave me treatment options while being compassionate and understanding. I left my consult appointment feeling extremely hopeful, which I haven't felt in a long time, and decided to move forward with RMA. Best decision I've made! Dr. Osman suggested IUIs or IVF and gave realistic outcomes for both treatments. She respected our decision when we wanted to do IUIs first. After two failed IUIs, we decided to do IVF. Dr. Osman ended up doing my egg retrieval and embryo transfer. She was so comforting during those times, when I was feeling nervous or scared, which I truly appreciated. What I love about RMA is the communication. You're assigned your own nurse who knows your history and medical background, gives you directions regarding medications, treatment protocols, next steps, etc. My nurse, Tori, is phenomenal! I've talked her so many times and she really helped me throughout this entire process. Tori was always thorough and would make sure I had a good understanding on what was going on or what to expect next. I always found it comforting knowing that I could directly email her or Dr. Osman with any questions I had. They would always quickly respond back to me. I never had direct access to the doctors or a consistent nurse at other fertility practices. This consistent, open communication made my infertility journey so much easier. The entire staff at RMA is fantastic! The ladies at the front desk are always warm and welcoming. The phlebotomists, especially Melissa, are fabulous. Beth was so patient and thorough during our med teach. I always felt comfortable with all the morning monitoring practitioners, Dr. Franasiak and Haley. I have never had a negative interaction with any of the staff at RMA. I highly recommend RMA to anyone going through infertility. The journey itself can be overwhelming and frustrating but going to a compassionate place like RMA definitely makes the journey easier to navigate.

I am a new patient ~ traveling from California to continue my IVF journey, after 3 years, 20+ egg retrieval attempts, and 2 failed transfers at another clinic. I have interviewed at least 10 of the top doctors around the country ~ and Dr. Check's reputation is unparalleled for difficult cases. The waitlist for an appointment was well worth it... I finally consulted with Dr. Check just before Thanksgiving, and was so grateful for a glimmer of hope, based on science and his experience. He patiently answered all of my questions, and followed up our call with enough research papers to fill a book, about other women in their 40s he was able to help become pregnant with their own eggs... even DOR cases. While I am just getting started with Cooper Institute, I feel I am in the best hands. His nurses, billing, andrology department... EVERY single member of his team has been kind, helpful and competent, as I begin moving all of my medical records to their office. It's not easy to coordinate logistics as a travel patient, but Cooper Institute has been wonderful every step of the way. I hope to update this review as another *miracle* patient success story... for now, I feel confident that Dr. Check & Co are my best and final chance for getting pregnant with my own eggs. Best of luck to every other woman on this difficult journey...

At Cooper, you are treated like an individual. No one is cookie cutter there. What works for one patient may not work for the next and again because of that we have our son. The cycle I conceived may have been a cancelled cycle at another practice. He is in this business to create families and not cause you to break the bank while doing so. He will guide you to the best option for you. I cannot thank Dr. Check and his team enough for their constant care and patience. They are a family there and you become part of that family.

Axia was aware of an ongoing legal dispute with the physicians at this practice. They chose not to tell their patients. I received no written notice from Axia that my practice was shutting down. No proactive call. No care coordination plan. I found out verbally at a routine appointment one week before my surgery. New Jersey law under N.J.A.C. 11:24A requires adequate advance notice when provider arrangements change, with standard patient protection guidance calling for a minimum of 30 days notice for active obstetric patients. Axia provided none of that. I called the Brunswick Hills office three times in 24 hours seeking confirmation of my surgery. All three calls went unanswered. An email sent directly to Axia went unanswered for days. Axia eventually arranged a transfer to another clinic, but only after patients were already left without answers and without surgeons. That is not patient care. That is damage control. Axia markets itself as a compassionate, patient centered organization. What I experienced was a corporation that managed a business dispute without a single thought for the pregnant women caught in the middle.
