I can knock up a belter in a matter of minutes, yet somehow Earls have got it right and every other sandwich place hasn't. Maybe it's the bread they use or the fillings - I'm not sure. But if you're hungry at lunch and want something quick, tasty and filling go for the 'torpedo' roll. Not a lot else to add, other than if you're a sandwich shop, you'd do a lot worse than trying to copy this formula. I'd rate this above subways too, mainly because you haven't got some spotty teenager handling your food.
