I paid for delivery, you screwed up and then proceeded to argue with me that I was wrong. I will never be back to this location. And as for Lance, the manager on duty at 6:30pm on 9/15/26, I hope you get fired. That is absolutely no way to handle a customer and you screwed up. Arby's, do better.
