There is places to sit but it is not insulated or air conditioned but I think they're planning to do that as they build. It's perfect to eat out there on a cool day. But the place is perfect to order and takeout. Also the prices are fantastic!!!!! For that kind of food at a sit down you'd be paying so much more.
