As I waited and watched the kitchen staff work, the girl assembling the orders was also super efficient and I didn't have to wait long. I didn't see any ketchup dispensers or a napkin/cutlery/condiments station and I did have to ask to make sure I got some ketchup packets with my orders, so this is one improvement that would make the place 5 stars. Otherwise, the staff here made the renovation worthwhile, because there were no screw-ups in the orders despite the quick service, the food was hot and tasted fresh, and the friendliness of the staff made it a completely pleasant experience. I'm in the neighbourhood frequently enough and will definitely consider lunch here more often.

I only really go to this McDonald's when I go to visit my brother who lives not far from this mall. I can remember the last time I was here that I was fairly livid because of the disorganization at this particular restaurant. To start off they have 3 cash tills and they were both signed off. Both of them. Really how are customers supposed to order? The counter is tiny and it's crowded because of everybody waiting in this tiny congested area. I had ordered and this particular store while I've seen this practice at other McD's locations is not right but at the same time they completely fail at it. What I'm talking about is ordered are timed. By the time an order is placed if you look at the board your order should appear there. On their screens there are the ordered displayed and time runs as long as the orders are not fulfilled. I find this locations and others "fudge" this process. They close off the order before it's actually complete so their "TIMES" appear better. They end up closing the order and give you your food. Where THIS particular location completely fails is that they do this AND they forget orders. The last time I was there I was upset because they closed off my order and forgot what I had. I had to show them my receipt because behind the counter it was complete chaos and confusion. Coffees were put on the order counter (marked 0 through 9) so they can match up with who ordered what but when you clear the orders from the screen to make it look like your restaurant is not as incompetently as slow as they are in reality, things implode when they actually don't fulfill those orders and leave customers hanging in the crowded queue in what I like to call the lobby of dissatisfaction to eventually be fed up and go back to them demanding what the hey they are doing...??? IMO this practice of closing off orders to get the RED orders off their order queue screens has to stop. If your numbers are bad because you're too slow your numbers need to reflect how bad you're actually doing as opposed to gaming the system to look like you're doing a better job than you actually are doing. This latest visit wasn't as bad but still this place made me not forget how they did things last time and I see egregious fudging of their order times again I'll consider reporting it to corporate or whatever level is above the store because forgetting what was ordered in order to cover up ineptitude and mismanagement is not acceptable regardless of where ever you go.

The interior decor and the menu/signage is really nice and easy on the eyes to order. They have a google review where you give them a great review you get a free can of soda or water. Mind you, the review I am giving is not bias and just based on my 2nd time at this establishment. Will definitely come back to dine in once the covid19 pandemic is lifted.

At the one lane closest to the building, I got a friendly female voice. I let her know that I was collecting points by rattling off the code from my McDonald's app. I then ordered a large Diet Coke. I have the app set to pay for such orders with my default credit card. Done! At the pickup window, I got my drink with a straw. I thanked her and left. First time trying orange chicken and it had a strong citirus flavor. The beef and shrimp was just like your ordinary Chinese stir fry sauce.
