It seems most of the time we go anymore they don't have chicken, since when does KFC not have chicken, after about the third time of this happening we asked for the manager. She stated that corporate had shut down all but one of their fryers, they were told that to save on oil only one fryer could be ran. This definitely will not work during busy times of the day.

I ordered the turkey tom and a drink. The sandwich was good, not my favorite. Didn't really care for the price. Cost over $11 just for a sandwich and drink. They also charge to add cheese to it. In all, I can get this meal at subway a lot cheaper, their sandwich is bigger and don't charge extra for cheese.

She took the time to pay attention to everything we needed down to the right supply of napkins. Our sandwiches were great, we only wish JJs would go back to larger portions for their inflated prices. Our drinks seemed to need the carbonation fixed but well blame that on the vendor. Great Lunch-time meal. Great Manager. Property looked nice, new, well kept, close to hotel, easily accessible.

My money is earned and I expect to get what I pay for. So why, Arbys Middlesboro, are you throwing in the towel on a main menu item? Do you no longer care about your customers getting the best quality?? Definitely ask the staff if their ju is good before you commit to a purchase next time you're craving some comforting au ju.

Last night, we stopped and ordered a Big Fish deluxe (no lettuce) and an order of the loaded White Cheddar mac-n-cheese...what we got was a Big Fish sandwich (tartat sauce only) and White Cheddar mac-n-cheese (not loaded). I promptly drove back and complained, explicitly told them my order in detail and waited another 7 minutes for my order. Only to find that, although the order was correct, it was cold. So we drove home to Corbin and microwaved everthing. This isn't the only time this has happened. Last weekend we ordered the same Big Fish sandwich...and it ended up chicken!!! Not even kidding! I wouldn't recommend this particular Arby's, you might end up in the ER.

I was really impressed compared to what I had been told. Fast forward two hours: Krystal is ripping through my intestinal tract like a brand new paper shredder with a stack of phone books.
