I understand today was a promotional day for teachers and they were probably busier than usual, but that's something management should be prepared for. Being busy is understandable; treating customers poorly because you're overwhelmed isn't. There used to be a friendly blonde employee at the window who was consistently kind and welcoming, although I haven't seen her there in a few weeks. The difference in customer service today was noticeable. I've been a repeat customer, which is why this was so disappointing. Between the way I was treated and the quality of my drink, I don't plan on returning to this location.
