When I worked in Dairy Queen I was known for my smile and pleasant personality towards staff and the customers. The Manager should take nothing less from these employees. I like Wendy's and these employees in the South Point Ohio location should be proud to work there. Perhaps the Manager may need to hire new employees who actually likes and takes pride in their job.
