Too bad more of the tables in the restaurant didn't have these. Despite signage asking patrons to clear their tables, most of the people dining around us left their trash at the table when leaving. I'm not sure what kind of service they expected from the workers here, but that service was definitely not provided. Tables were left dirty, the floor was a bit dirty, and even the tablet I was using had some ketchup smears on it. Cleanliness is apparently not a big thing here. There would have been a third time but the shift manager kept the front door locked and had informed us at 9:30 pm when staff was seen leaving that they were closed despite the posted hours being open until 12am. Luckily there is another McDonald's down the road at the Omni. The food has always been stale and cold when we have ordered from there which is unfortunate. I see the problem as an internal problem as every order has maintained this consistent level of cold and stale.
