You have to pay to park curbside but that's sort of cheap and easy to do. We eat under the umbrella. Yummy good lobster roll, plenty meat stuffing inside. The conversation with the owner and her hubby was friendly too. It was a beautiful, sunny day to eat outside. There is no bathroom so plan ahead.
