When someone isn't happy with the coffee they've just sent out (which tasted great by the way) And spends time fixing it until they feel it's right. And then gives you more coffee! FREE. That's perfection and that is customer service. This is a lovely quaint station house attached to Prescot train station. We only went downstairs which was lovely and cozy and has a toilet. Just as well after two large cups of coffee. The rustic vibe is perfect and the menu looked really good. I could even select vegan options. More of that on my next visit. The staff are lovely polite and engaging. You feel more like part of the family than a customer. Tune in on my next visit. I will venture upstairs and add more photos then.
