The employee opened the window without any greeting and simply stuck my drink out. When I smiled and asked "how are you today?" I received only a frown and complete silence in return. Her only communication was telling me to "pull up to window 3" while pointing to window 2. Thankfully, the young man who delivered my food at the correct window was friendly and professional.
