The little booth spot looks like an absolute dream to post up and do homework! There are a lot of flavor options. Really, I'd be hard pressed to think of anything they don't have. I was originally going to get an Americano, but when I realized they had sweet cream, I asked for a sweet cream cold brew Starbucks dupe. They delivered! I probably would ask for a couple espresso shots next time- but the drinks were pretty inexpensive. So, it would still be solid with a little extra umph. It was also pretty noticeable that the shop was run by those who care about veterans, which is awesome. There were also Christian messages posted and the staff was nice to us even though we were visibly lgbtq. No issues, thank goodness! Overall, I'd pop in again. Super cute little spot that is really putting in the work to have drink options for everyone!

Grits were good ol plain butter and salt grits. No heavy cream, no cheese, just basic. Hard to find basic grits these days, and these were good. Seems like a place for regulars. I would go back!

Has a small coffee finish. The lavender ale actually really surprised me. It was delicious but my favorite was by far that velvet blackberry lager. Just absolutely amazing. Their liberty lager is super light. I would compare it to the equivalent of maybe a Miller light. We did order food. My husband got the chicken wings. They come in an order of six and he got the lemon pepper rub. He really liked it. He said the rub was a little sparse on some of the wings, but overall it was good. I got the pepperoni, hot honey flatbread and really enjoyed it. The pepperoni is the nice cup of pepperoni that curls and the hot honey gives a nice balance with it. Overall, we enjoyed our experience. We sat at the bar and the bar was kind of a disaster. I'm guessing they must've just come off of the dinner rush because we didn't arrive until around 8 o'clock.
