The young man who was delivering orders would ask and then apologize for not bring out my burger order. Eventually I went inside and tried to talk to the guy who initially took my order through the window. He told me he could not do anything ... DUH! Another guy asked what I had ordered and set to work getting it prepared. I don't know if my order went with someone else or if the window guy was actually that incompetent.
