Every time we order from this subway they make things wrong. Wrong order, toppings, and, in two cases, entirely wrong sandwiches. The way they make their sandwiches puts all the meats and cheese to one side of the sandwich. You either get a mouthful of veggies and sauces, or plain meat and cheese. This is the second time in a week I have gone to this subway. I went the first time less than a half hour before closing. Was greeted immediately and the subway team member was extremely pleasant and polite. When I arrived home and unwrapped the sandwich, my husband's first comment was, "wow, they finally made the sub to look like the commercials on tv. Maybe subway's management got smart." The sub was so good and the bread nice and soft (Jan 2025) I went back February 2, 2025. Came home and husband kept commenting how the sub had so much on it. Actually, most of the subways I've been to have been pretty good....This one, when we walked in, the sullen boy behind the counter sauntered out, and did a couple of chores, and rearranged some things, before he sauntered back to prepare to assemble our sandwiches. The assembly, and the payment went just fine. It was when we went to eatthe sandwiches , that I discovered that a subway could indeed, be bad. I had a foot-long tuna sub, my absolute fave, and have never had a bad one from Subway. The bread was clearly old, dried out, and flaky, something I've never experienced at a subway. My partner had a different variety of bread. It was either not fully baked, or have not been stored properly ; it was actually gooey inside. The tuna did not taste like the normal subway mix, and was pretty flavorless, The vegetables used were wilted, and past their prime, and the mayonnaise was actually greasy and chunky. In retrospect, I am very lucky I did not end up sick, because the quality, and food safety appears to have been pretty dubious. Subway is my favorite place for tuna sandwiches, and for sandwiches in general, but I would not return to this subway, if every other sandwich place , including all of the other subways disappeared from the earth. read more

One star only because I had to give a star. My husband and I love Subway, that being said, we will not be returning to this location. We have given it a fair shake 3 times now and I can no longer give my money to this establishment. It's unfortunate evasive we are limited on quick meal options out here but I would rather make the drive to Jimmy Johns for a sub. We stopped in here on a Wednesday at about 6 o'clock. There were no other patrons in the sandwich shop so we thought it would be a quick visit. Wrong. We had to wait for the two girls to eventually emerge from the back and once they did it moved at a snails pace. It took all in all about 15 minutes for her to make 2 subs and ring us up. The food is consistently sub par and this last time...I can't even believe they served the food they did. My husband and I both ordered a wrap and a cup of soup to go. Unbeknownst to me, the soup was ABSOLUTELY disgusting. Not only in appearance but in fast. The "broccoli cheddar" was brown. BROWN. It must have been well over cooked and burnt from sitting in the warmer. I couldn't even bring myself to taste it. Subway, I understand we need to give the younger generation a chance at employment, but there needs to be some management at this location. STAY AWAY!! Never going back to this location. They always have issues, and the employees are extremely rude. Today, an employee named "Andy" asked us to leave the restaurant simply because our sandwich got burnt, and we politely asked for a new one. We had already paid for 2 sandwiches in the beginning. He said, "I am not going to refund you or make you another sandwich. You need to leave the restaurant right now." He refused to give us both sandwiches. When we asked for a refund again, he started a verbal fight in front of other customers. And when we told him that we would complain about this, he said, "Sure, go ahead," as if Subway has no accountability for complaints. As we were leaving, he told us, "Never come back here." We are very frustrated with this experience. Despite similar behavior from another employee in the past, we continued to buy sandwiches from this location since we live in the area. Went in this afternoon and the two employees working were awesome. They were clearly short staffed and had a line of 4 people ahead of me. One of the orders included 5 sandwiches, the other order included a customer who had a question about everything you could think of and both employees handle it with professionalism and friendliness. This review will probably not go anywhere with management but I felt this review was needed. If you are management please get this place back in shape like it was when it first opened. Take pride in you business. I been going here since they opened and they have definitely gone down hill. When I arrived around 6pm one if the employees was emptying out both ice tea containers out on the rocks right in front of the doors near the drink machines. I figured he was changing out tea like they do with coffee at Circle K. Nope, he wasn't. He was preparing to close the restaurant which I believe they close around 9pm. The restaurant is dirty like it always is. The tables, floors and behind the counter was filthy. When I went to wash my hands in the restroom, it was Nasty. The toilet seat had poop on it, which was on there the last time I was in there. This is so disgusting. If it's the lunch or dinner rush, I can see why the restaurant would be dirty. The place was empty. Both employees disappeared in the back as soon as my order was complete. They messed up my order and I even had the employee repeat it back to me and he still messed up my order. I ate my food on the least dirtiest table and waited for someone to come clean up the tables which nobody did. To top it off, the fancy drink system didn't have any drinks available and when I told the person who was in charged, he just shrugged his shoulders. So now, my choices were water or light lemonade. I would have drank the ice tea but they threw it away. So avoid this place if you can. The services is horrible, the dining room is dirty and the restroom are nasty. The food here is good. But no one in this restaurant was wearing a mask today. I asked one of the girls why not. She said she had a medical excuse but everyone else should be wearing a mask. They were not. I also had to ask one girl to go put on new gloves because she had been in the back room touching things that were not food. There was also no plexiglass screen between me and the cashier. I feel that during this time if you want people to come eat at your restaurant you should make us feel comfortable and safe. Where oh where do I began. The positive is it is nicely done interior wise. The staff well not too good. The first guy sneezed never washed his hands. Second guy was moody because we wanted meat heated up (which is an option). The meats were mixed up so were the veggies like a complete mess. The pickles had mustard and mayo spilled in them. It was just gross. It's crazy because the location is nice but they need to retrain or rehire. If the health inspection came in and saw the food area they might have an issue. I've used the online ordering system for this location 3 times. Twice they did not receive my order information. Very inconvenient when you are trying to make a quick stop before work but you have to wait because you've already paid online!! This time I felt bad for the poor kid who was working by himself and was having a busy night (as he said). Plus the fact he had to tell multiple people he was out of certain items. I agree with most of the other reviews on here. I frequently go to subway for my lunch break at work. I love subway, HOWEVER, I live about 3 blocks from this location and I have been there 3 times. Every time I have to wait for the kids to come out from the back. They always make it seem like the customers are cutting into their Facebook time. The dining room and bathrooms are the dirtiest I've ever seen in a Subway. As soon as your order is complete the employees return to the back again. If you need something else you have to yell to the back to get their attention. This subway could VERY EASILY be turned around. Not coming back to this subway. We normally order online and its just the minor things like forgetting to put mozzarella on sandwiches which is an up-charge. Went in today to pick up my online order and they were super busy and couldn't start on my 3 foot long sandwiches which is understandable during lunch rush hour. However, i had to go to an appointment and wanted to cancel my order, but was told that they couldn't refund me. This Subway location must have the worst manager and owner known to this state, possibly the world. They're always out of product and workers are a hit or miss. This poor kid working there can't wrap the wraps so he asked one of the coworkers to help and she goes "no I'm off the clock, good luck on that one." So I proceeded to wrap it myself at the cashier counter. I was being nice and said it was fine, I should've just put on an apron and started making sandwiches myself. This place is so mismanaged. I have been here three times and every time they have been out of the meatballs in addition to their soups. Their cup lid organizer is always empty and I always have to ask for a lid or go without a lid which is annoying to me either way. The tables are usually dirty even though the place is slow and empty. A few months ago, I ordered an Italian sub here and the guy asked me what kind of meat I wanted on it? Huh? Its supposed to come with whatever meat the Italian sub comes with. The guy informed that I could put whatever meat I wanted on the sandwich. So I asked him if I wanted to have tuna fish instead I could get it? He said yes. Then I tried to explain to him that it would no longer be an Italian sub, it would be a tuna sub. He seemed to not understand my point. He said it would still be an Italian sub, but with tuna fish instead. I proceeded to tell him that the thing that makes an Italian sub is predominantly the meats and he agreed, but then followed up by asking me what kind of meats I wanted on my Italian sub. Doh! At the time, I couldn't remember the names of the Italian meats, so I asked him what meats typically come on the Italian and he said whatever meats I wanted? Double Doh! As he made my sandwich he ran out of meat and cheese leaving about 2-3 inches of my sub empty. He quickly closed the sandwich hoping I wouldn't see that the back half of my sub contained nothing but bread. When I mentioned it, he played dumb and asked me if I wanted him to fix it. Yes, of course I do. I am paying for it. Last week I stopped by this place again in starving desperation and was relieved to find another guy working the counter. Whew! I told him that I wanted an Italian sub and he said no problem, what kind of meat do you want on it? Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaagh! He proceeded to make the sandwich with gaps in between the meats to make the least amount of meat possible spread across the length of the sandwich. There were portions of my sub where my bite contained absolutely no meat. The reality is that subway is not a good place to eat. I used a coupon on the purchase so my wife called and they told her to bring it back. We go back and they wouldn't take our coupon and made my wife pay full price. Why would they even make us repay? This subway is just a bit subpar. Service always seems to be slow when we do decide to go here. We tend to just hit it up when we are at the store because there is nothing else in the area. Also, they have been out of certain bread types more times than not. Poor management planning if this is a frequent issue. Went in there at 4 pm today, a couple customers in line with one person behind the counter. Finally a 2nd millennial came out and tried to help, same gloves for food & register. A 3rd millennial came into the dining room only to get a drink for himself from the cooler. Ordered 2 sliders which where very dry & stale on th. Wanted to order a couple cookies but their stock was running on empty, so glad I didn't waste my money on stale cookies too. When the manager is around things run smoother, however, when the cats away. It's unfortunate, because we live at Trilogy which is close by and they are the closest thing for a quick bite. Today was my third and final trip to this subway. There have only been two constants at this restaurant, the low quality employees & missing food. The first time, the 'store manager' proceeded to tell me everything she was out of (at 4pm) which left very little to choose from. The next time, we went on a Monday for the daily sub & they were out of meatballs by 6pm. Today, there was a customer ahead in line returning two to-go subs due to each missing the meat. I would give no stars if I could. This is the closest fast food in vistancia so I've given them way more chances than they deserve. I've never had my orders messed up so many times before. Missing something, not toasted, etc.... So frustrating! How hard is it to make a sandwich..? I order online using the app so there's literally a list right in front of you! This last time did it for me. I clicked the option where they bring it to my car so I could pick up because delivery has been messed up the past 4 times so i thought maybe I'd have better luck with pick up for some reason... well i was wrong.
