The sandwiches looked as if they'd been thrown together by people at the end of their shift. The crew working that night did not demonstrate an understanding of customer service. Whatever is going on with this team, it's affecting how they represent the company. Don't go here. I should have known better. The Habit on Reseda Boulevard is the worst one yet.
