I have receipts dating back several years at this establishment. Nine times out of ten, they will mess up your order. And usually, we'll let it slide. Only late last night, my younger Son & I had a hankering for some burgers. The order was fairly simple : 4 Big Macs, with two of them having extra Mac Sauce & one large Coke Zero. Came to $44.57. As you can see by the images, the Big Mac box states "Xtra Mac Sauce", only they didn't put extra Mac Sauce on it. Instead, they put a double helping of mayonnaise in it's place. After being a faithful customer of theirs for several years, I had enough and decided to call their Management team during day hours (I usually go there late night). As you can see by the images I've uploaded, I called them three times before they picked up. And when they did pick up....WOW!!!!! That's when the poop-show began!!!! LOL. As soon as the person picked up the phone, I said something to the effect of : Good afternoon, I'd like to speak to a Manager. The woman replied, "That would be me". I then asked : OK, and what is your name? She replies something to the effect of : What is this about? I reply : I'm sorry, but before we continue any further, I'd like to know who I'm speaking to. She tells me that due to privacy concerns, they don't give out employee information (which I completely respect). Then I say : I completely understand. I'm not looking for your last name. Just your first name. I'd like to know who I'm speaking to & that all I'm asking you to do, is to identify yourself. She tells me she won't. I told her I'm recording this conversation, at which point she states that she doesn't consent to having our conversation recorded. I thank her for her time & terminate the call. The reason they mess up their orders so often, is because there's zero liability at this location. They operate anonymously & above McDonald's protocols. Even their so-called "Manager" wouldn't step up & behave in a respectful manner. Suffice to say, my family & I will now have to drive for another ten minutes further down Glendale Avenue (opposite of the Niagara Pen Centre) because this McDonald's refuses to take any form of accountability for their own actions. I've forwarded all pertinent information to their corporate office. I strongly suggest you read their negative reviews, before visiting this location. They will defraud you (messing up your order) because they know they can get away with it.

They are known for their biscuit and I wasn't disappointed. It seems you can refill the drink using their self-serve soft drink machine. My mom doesn't like fast food but she loved Popeyes so much we came back two days later. Between the 2 days, we tried Mary Brown's for the first time ordering similar items; the chicken wasn't as good and the coleslaw was half the size.
