The manager who not only looks 12 but acts like it was snide, barely apologetic and offered nothing to make up for me having to spend 30 minutes turning around on the highway to get my order straight. A bag of chips, small credit, offer to make the new sub a little meatier...anything would have worked wonders but i guess they don't train their managers to provide good service or make customers happy. I will not be back again! Saying "have a nice day" in a very sarcastic tone on my way out was the final straw for me. So professional, NOT. Unreal!
