Unfortunately, the experience was pretty bad. When we first walked in, it wasn't apparent if we wait to be seated or seat ourselves, and there were no staff members in sight. We walked to the back of the restaurant, still no one, so we went back to the dining are and grabbed a table. There were probably 5 or so other parties already seated. Eventually, a young lady came out and tossed a few menus on the table as she walked by. No joke, there was no interaction at all. A few minutes later she came to get our orders and then we didn't see her again. As time ticked away, we noticed that nobody in the restaurant had their food. It was beginning to be uncomfortable and I noticed other parties looking around like "what's going on?" We waited a full hour and then left some cash on the table to cover the soft drink we ordered and left. Perhaps they were under staffed or everyone walked in at the same time, overwhelming the kitchen. But the lack of interaction or communication left us confused and hungry.
