After placing our order, we got to clean off a place to sit because most of the tables/chairs had not been wiped off from prior customers. There were no napkin dispensers on the tables, and between the one dispenser at the beverage station and four on the sandwich counter, only one actually had napkins. Almost every straw at the beverage station was wet/damp, and it seemed like most of the beverage choices were "unavailable". The food was good, but after using the restroom before we left and noticing the two bags of garbage piled up by the back door and seeing the dirty/nasty employee area, I seriously doubt that we will be visiting this location again. Our first visit was a 5 star visit. The second visit was a 1 star. Overall average is 3 stars.
