The staff claimed it's on a timer set by corporate which would more than likely be the case, but that was double dipped fish. The bread was stale on the buns for the burgers and the piece that came with the fish. Very sad experience.

I was stuck on the Classic Roast Beef for the longest time but now they have the French Dip & Swiss which is awesome. Today I tried the Crispy Chicken Club Wrap. And for you chow hounds out there, their chicken wrap is bigger than Wendy's but it's not grilled chicken. The wrap shell is a bit chewier but the breaded chicken flavor is good. Service was fast, efficient and correct. The dining room has some very nice wood paneling. See my photos from four years ago. The restroom was clean and void of any unpleasant odors. They still have the Doritos Tacos which I love. The Nachos middle size has been discontinued. Only the Bell Grande size and the bag of chips with a cup of cheese are available. Restrooms are clean and easily lockable with a 'vacant' or 'in use' sign showing outside the door, which is a nice touch. Service inside was faster than the majority of fast food restaurants as usual.

Upon entering I found no one behind the counter and only one person working the drive thru and one person working behind the scenes in the kitchen. After a wait, an employee found the register locked and had to call someone up to get it unlocked to take my order. They have one of those soda machines that allows you to select virtually every flavor of soda known to mankind including the new Zeros. I got the Barq's Zero Sugar root beer which is a rarity to find offered in any restaurant. Entering the dining room I found 100% clean tables but a two table section of the floor was very sticky after an attempt to mop up a spill did not work out so well. My name was called to pickup my order. Since there is no ketchup available except behind the counter, I had to ask for ketchup, twice! Several eye contacts were made with me just standing there waiting. Why isn't the ketchup already on the tray? I ordered the Whopper Jr with lettuce, tomato, and cheese only. I received the burger with onion on it. I ordered onion rings because I really love their onion rings. They were still as good I remember them. The burger was okay. Overall it was an ok experience and typical fast food of the originals that are not up to speed of the newer establishments of today.

She appeared visibly annoyed, did not greet me, and did not speak to me during the interaction. When I attempted to be friendly and engage, she remained silent, took my order without acknowledgment, and provided what felt like very poor customer service. While waiting for our food, I noticed a group of young people looking in our direction and making comments that appeared to be directed toward my child, which made us uncomfortable. The dining area also appeared unclean, with noticeable debris on the floor that made it unpleasant to walk through. When our food was brought to the table, the server seemed irritated when we asked to confirm our order. She responded in a dismissive manner, rolled her eyes, and walked away in an unprofessional way. Our order itself was also disappointing. The Blizzards were melted and not prepared properly, appearing rushed and not made to Dairy Queen standards. I was hoping that it would be a nice pleasant evening with both of my children instead it became a hostile place to eat at and clearly we were not welcomed. As I reflect on the fact that we now have a new highway, there will be a lot of people who will be coming to this DQ who are from different nationalities. The rest are for employees (8), mobile orders (3), and drive- thru (2). I ordered the Classic Original Cheeseburger single patty with Onion Rings. The cheeseburger was okay. It had their charbroiled flavor making it tastier than regular fast food fare. The onion rings were better and pretty good for a fast food establishment. After my meal I went back to the counter and ordered a small Strawberry Sundae. Both times had quick service despite a lot of training going on.
