The chicken is definitely tasty, but unfortunately, they grilled it a little too much this time and some of it was quite burnt. I guess that's partly because they grill the chicken directly on the grill. And, too spicy for me : both chicken and fries. Parking here is always a complete challenge because the parking lot is small and there are usually so many people. But my parking luck is always amazing -- cars somehow always seem to pull out right in front of me! And once again, today, a car pulled out right in front of me, so I was able to get a parking spot easily. It felt like another parking miracle! I asked for a cup of water, and he kindly gave me ice water. I also asked if I could have one extra plastic bag, and he gave me another one without any problem. The staff were very friendly, which was good. However, there's one thing to keep in mind when getting takeout here: the chicken is so oily that the grease can actually soak through and leak all over the plastic bag. You basically have to throw the first plastic bag away afterward. That's why I'm really glad I asked for an extra bag and brought one home with me. It definitely came in handy!

UPDATE: We've been back twice since this review and the music has been wonderful. Thank you so much for taking our concerns seriously and making change. We have been coming to this subway every Saturday for lunch for about 7 weeks now, as our 5 year old daughter takes dance around the corner. It's within walking distance and we've made it our family lunch spot after her classes. The service is wonderful and food is always fresh, however, the 3 star rating is because the Saturday music being piped through the speaker system is wholly inappropriate for a family restaurant. I am a huge fan of hip-hop, but the music being played is consistently very explicit, with the n-word, f bombs and B words blasting every Saturday when we are there... I asked the cashier if they could change the music and she said that nobody there has access to change the music. She said she'd "leave a note in the back." Listen I get it, working long hours, your favorite music helps the time pass...but please consider seeking out the clean versions of these songs if you're going to play them on the speakers, in a restaurant, for everyone to hear, including 5 year old impressionable children.
