Prices were a bit higher than what we expected especially for breakfast but it proved to be well worth it in taste. We had biscuits and gravy and a sausage egg and cheese biscuit with home fries and a side of gravy all very delicious. We did have a slip on our order but the waitress quickly fixed it and made us very happy. This is on our list of favorite breakfast spots in town for now on!

The only aspect now making this a "restaurant" is that the line is now sitting indoors versus waiting outside. They are still making everything in the truck and taking an overload of orders they don't have the capacity to efficiently prepare. If it's going to always take this long, allow for online ordering and/or notifications letting you know when an order is ready. I'm sure they're working on developing the restaurant, but it feels like false advertising to inform customers that it's a brick and mortar shop when in reality it's a food truck that now has even longer lines since it has the capacity to seat people.
