If you step up unprepared you're going to get peppered with questions. My pastrami was excellent. Hot, juicy and packed with flavor. Think of a perfect pastrami sandwich and there you have it. Instead of offering help or even a quick explanation, Laurel seemed irritated by my questions and gave short, unhelpful responses. It left the impression that customer concerns weren't important. While I understand that stores can have busy days and shortages, the lack of professionalism and courtesy from leadership is what ultimately pushed me to leave without completing my shopping. A manager sets the tone for the whole store, and in this case, the tone wasn't welcoming or supportive. I hope the store takes steps to improve customer service and organization, because right now it falls far below reasonable expectations.
