I ordered a Subway sandwich on Friday 9, 2018 pm on subway.com At this location 2375 E Tropicana Ave Ste G Las Vegas, NV 89119, US (702) 736-9468 Because I had a Paypal special that I wanted to use, And it was a major technical problem, the store employee said that my order was not in there in the system after I ordered a sandwich and that I would have to repay for my sandwich again, I showed the Subway employee the confirmation info. and they said the subway.com is a third party and they could not do anything and that I would have to repay for the sandwich call the Subway Corp., I waited a along time on line the employee then called the owner of the restaurant store because my order was not in the system and owner was not at the store at that time. The Subway owner looked at there email and then found my order so then I did not have to pay again, I don't believe that I will ever order again on the subway.com, or the subway app, or Paypal after going through this experience. I went back to this location the following week and the staff/ employees were talking about me behind my back, because of the problems that this old outdated Subway has. I ordered and paid online and they told me to pay again because they didn't have my order The Subway order went to the Owners computer that the employees in the store cannot access. beware of online orders to this location. The other thing I don't like about this old outdated Subway location is the front faces the West and they don't have and will not get window shades. The SUN hits the food, and meats, It's not good to have the SUN hitting on the food and meat all day long. This Subway needs a major update! read more

This subway decided not to participate in the promotion for the new subway promotion today. This is the response I received from the owner. Each location can participate in any promotion as it chooses. We felt the feeding the homeless was a better way to give our food away. Ruth Garn, Owner. Ruth Garns explanation didn't seem logical so I asked her how many sandwiches did you give away to the homeless and what organization. There were many people turned away at this store. This review isn't for Subway in general but this location specifically. I have closer Subways to me but this location surpasses them on service. They know me by name now, remember what sandwich I like, and that I am a student at UNLV. All meaningless things, sure, but the fact they took time to remember deserves my business. The employees are always in a good mood and the owner and her family, mainly her daughter, are so friendly. They truly make you feel like part of their extended family. As for the food, its made neatly yet it tastes the same as the others. The presentation is definitely better and the restaurant is clean and organized. read more

This is a very nice Subway. I stopped in here after work one night and was in desperate need of sandwiches for me and my fiance. I happened to have one of those buy-one-get-one coupons I received in the mail and the worker here was very happy to honor the coupon. He didn't even really look at it. The sandwiches were made very well and the young man behind the counter was very jovial and nice to me. I was afraid it was maybe a bit too late and they were closing, but he ensured me all was good and they were actually open for another hour. Honestly I've been to a lot of Subways, but this one in particular is being run by very good management because it shows in the decorum of their employees AND the fresh/well put together sandwiches. read more

Subway is...okay. I'm giving it 3 stars not because the food is bad (well some of it is, using the microwave to make a sammich? Marone!) but because it's just not knock your socks off good. If I'm going to spend my lazily earned money on food, I want something that I can't make at home, and besides, there are so many better options out there (Jimmy Johns, Jason's). I have to say when I'm on the UNLV campus and I walk by the outdoor Subway (not the one in the Student Union) and smell that bread, it makes me want to walk in. But I can make a turkey sammich at home for free. Plus I'm not eatin anywhere that uses a speedo clad man as a spokesperson. This is my favorite Subway. There are others closer but this one is always clean and friendly and always remember me and my sister. You can't see it in the pics- but they have two nice sitting areas so you can eat and chat and not feel rushed. Deff the place you want to check out! read more
