I have only been to this location twice and I live in Griffin. Yesterday, I walked into the store and the employees were making a sandwich for one customer inside the store. 4 different people walked past the counter, not one made eye contact or saud hello, welcome to Jersey Mike's, we'll be with you shortly...etc. I waited 4 1/2 minutes and I was ready to walk out and a young man said to me " are these youe sandwiches?". I said I haven't ordered yet, nobody has said a word to me. So that went completely over his head and he says "what can I get you?" So I ordered a mini, he left and said I think she went to get some mini bread. Then a young lady appeared and asked what sandwich I wanted. I told her, she made it like i ordered it, I took it home and the bread was stale, I mean "crunchy" stale, not soft like a normal Jersey Mike's sub bread.
