I ordered two subways via the Subway app on my phone. We have eaten at this location 3 times in the last 3 weeks. My husband doesn't care To pre-order from apps because he liked the food to be fresh and he liked to see them make the food. But I must say I asked for extra pickles & tomatoes via the app on my spicy Italian sandwich and they did just that!! No complaints from me! The husband got the tuna sandwich and he said his was good as well. My only Issue was he asked for easy olives and I think they put a little more than easy olivesZ no biggie though because we could just pick them off. Now what topped off our lunch is their tasty oatmeal raisin cookies! They are sooo good that I have come just to get the cookies! They have the right amount of sweetness and salt in them! read more

Save your money. Horrible service, workers are barely functioning, very unprofessional, dirty, and won't give a refund for online customers. Went in to pickup order and wasn't ready. Waited patiently while the worker took everyone else's order before mine while I waited. Still doesn't have the decency to acknowledge the issue and fix it. Ghetto, hood, and trashy don't spend money at this establishment. read more

My husband and I have been to this location multiple times and we always have a great experience. We appreciate the staff's patience and customer service. We'll definitely be back! read more

The place is garbage, barely clean and terrible customer service. I went for lunch around 1:00 in the afternoon... They only had one customer, and still, super slow.. I was craving subway and the delicious food they provide. I didn't even have a chance. read more

Sandwich was ok but the past 3 times I've been including tonight they have made it wrong. I order the Subway club which is Turkey, ham, roast beef, 2x American cheese based off the online website. I've gotten this sandwich with bacon instead of roast beef which isn't what I ordered, and they never do the 2x cheese which is literally what the company put on the menu! The double cheese is in the price and none of the stores I've been too have done the double cheese which is on their menu!! It says it on the board behind them. So I'm being charged for double cheese but not even getting 3 pieces on a foot long! My lettuce was browned on my sandwich tonight too.... I'm usually pretty calm about mistakes because I work at a restaurant too but every single time my order is wrong...... read more

Ever since this new manager, Chris took over this location, you can see a real change in the attitudes of the employees. For the better. Chris is thorough and has excellent Customer Service skills. That is a plus for any business. Will be back! Chris went above and beyond to help with an order...placed a week in advance and took care of all the details. Great job Chris! read more

I see why this location has 1.5 stars. Ordered online. I asked for it to be toasted. When I got home, it was not. And it was thrown together very sloppily. Won't be returning read more

Great Service !!! Aaron made our sandwich perfectly and had such a great Customer Service Attitude. Thanks Aaron for making a regular daily lunch something special. read more

it is located in a weird spot but the food is not bad at all. I love doing mobile order and the staff has not failed me once. I get the food that I pay for and the quality is better than other subways I've been to in the area. I used to go here on my break from work and they always had my food ready on time. Good work. read more

Overcharged me For a simple order. $5.50 for 3 cookies. Didn't realize till i was in my car and drove off read more

This is the worst subway I've ever been to ! Every time I come or they don't have enough supplies, or they don't know how to make sandwiches, there's always an issue ! Tonight was the worst and I definitely would not be coming back here. My daughter and I went in to get our sandwiches. The employee's name was Jay, he took my order and started making it, it didn't seem like he knew was his doing, obviously wasn't train properly, shorted in the meet, threw the cheese on top in little pieces and not slices, when I asked for tomatoes he grabbed some left over smashed ones and threw it on my sandwich, when I asked for fresh ones he got an attitude went and got some and smashed them in my sandwich then started throwing veggies around and was talking rudely to us . On top of that he over charged us . We will never go back there and I'll make sure to let everyone know how rude and unprofessional the employees are at this location . read more

Just went here and they said they couldn't make a sandwich because they didn't have any deli paper. They had the subway paper there they wrap the subs up with but refused to make any subs.. read more

literally EVERYTHING about this place is terrible. a whole health hazard. first we walk in theres no chips, they didnt have any ingredients like american cheese or peppers, mayo, shredded cheese. next theres not any cookies. then i get my drink and the fountain drinks had like mold when they were dispensed into the cups. i ended up throwing the drink away. dont go here lol it made me lose my whole appetite read more

How can an establishment run a sandwich shop and NEVER order enough supply. This subway is ALWAYS out of something. Note on the door today says they are out of tomatoes, japs, and spinach. Who is the manager? Who is supplying or stocking this place. They need to be firied. I have tried to do business with this place approx 5 years. ( Same o ) If you don't have the supply to meet demand then close your doors or offer a discount. " can I get the no tomato, no jap, no spinach (just turkey and cheese) discount sandwich?" REALLY? This place doesn't deserve to put Subway on their doors and I will make an effort to take pictures every week to show to all my fellow yelpers. Jared would NOT be happy! read more

Great sandwich but the customer service is horrible. This troll named Denise fixed my sandwich wrong and argued with me after I pointed it out & said I didn't say it. I told her that I didn't like her attitude and she had the nerve to tell me she didn't like mine. I'm looking around to make sure I was not on an episode of Punched. We had an exchange of words until her coworkers and manger stepped. The manager took care of her and I received a sandwich free. But I would make sure Denise is not there if I decide to go again. Luckily the men seem nice and the owner was too . read more

The worker Ridge was not too friendly, but he made my sandwich well and it was delicious! Plus they're having $5 footlongs ALL SEPTEMBER!

Don't bother ordering online because they always have just one person working even though it gets pretty busy. I feel bad for the people working here, having to do everything by themselves. I ordered my sub online almost 30 min ago and he/she (don't want to get anyone in trouble bc once again it isn't their fault) hasn't had time to make it. This location should consider hiring more people read more

If I like give them less I would. We have never been to this location, the day we decide to visit the establishment it was the worst experience ever. The employee that was there (a guy) exited the location to smoke in his truck. He later entered and asked if we were ready, as I respond yes he says what would you like. So I tell him 5 of a certain kind of bread, he responds What? So I repeat myself and he responds what? I don't understand (in Spanish). Yes I am Mexican-American BUT I can speak English clearly and fluently. So we have an exchange of words and we exit the establishment. He then starts to record me with his cellphone - ridiculous! I manage a spa and my staff would never act this way with customers! The manager or owner need to take a second look @ those cameras because those employees are the worst! Hence - the low ratings read more

I eat Subway about 3 times a week (not this location). This Subway is the closest to my house and I typically try to avoid it because they always run out of stuff. On 3/25/16 had the day off work so I went to this Subway; the last time I walk into this store...as usual they couldn't offer everything on the menu because they ran out, the employees were "poking" the bread because it was NOT fresh, I didn't get my Subway "Points" because the employee didn't know how to add them to the card, and once I got home to eat my sandwich, the roastbeef was rotten. Worst Subway there is. will NEVER go to the store again. read more
