An employee named Aliya was incredibly kind, professional, and conducted a great interview. I was hired the next day and told to wait for my schedule. However, the process fell apart due to the management. When I returned on December 23, I was immediately asked by staff if I spoke Spanish. When I said no, the atmosphere changed. The manager, Nutiva, has been incredibly rude and is now blocking my employment over a redundancy in banking paperwork, despite me already providing my direct deposit information. It appears this location prefers a specific demographic. During my visits, I noticed the staff is entirely Hispanic, and after being asked about my Spanish speaking abilities, I feel I am being pushed out based on my background rather than my ability to cook. When I asked for the owner (Jordan's) contact info to resolve this, Nutiva refused to give it to me, claiming he wouldn't care.
