#6558 (4/18-9:50pm) The wait time is less than twenty minutes which I was very proud of! The employee Angel was very helpful and very kind! Even his manager is very compliant and wished me a good day I was very flattered by it! The food is really good and with an extra sweet in my bag it has made my day as it was busy one at that! I Wish Angel & his manger a fantastic day! read more

Arby's - Cherry turnover is delicious! - Fast Food Near Me - Grand Prairie, Texas

This has to be the worst Arby's on earth. I thought it was a fluke to get a bad sandwich here but twice in 2 week and the beef was so damn dry it was made earlier in the week. The management here only cares about the bottom line and not happy customers. This was my go to store but I just can't keep getting a sandwich that goes in the trash. read more

I pulled up before they closed for the holiday she asked me about a Mobil app I'm ordering then she stops responding and they turn everything off on me worst service ever!!!!! read more

Went for the 2 for $6.99. Got the fish sandwich which was pretty good and the beef and cheddar not so much. Beef not much flavor and not much meat. Bun was almost flat as a pancake. Would go back for the fish but not the beef sandwich read more

Customer Service is horrible! The girl Shay at the window has a very smart mouth! Does anyone know how to get in touch with the GM at this location? read more

Arby's Why is it every time I want to order there is an issue? This time I could not use the Doordash app as there was no option to order fries on the app. I had to use the Arby's app and it only worked for pickup. If I tried delivery it just sat and spun for 5 minutes. There was also no option to select sauce packets on the Arby's app itself. So I went to Arby's in the heat which I didn't want to do. I got there the hand will be my order it was already sealed I turned around there were no sauce packets available so I asked them for sauce packets I open my package I put the packets in. So if I had ordered I would have got no sauce. I got out to the car to check the order and I got as you this time but no French dip sandwich normally it's the other way around I get the French dip sandwich and no aju even though I've called and pointed out please make sure the audio is in the order. I've seen that Arby's is going downhill around the country and now I see why. I work in the gig economy I don't ever pick up an order from Arby's and now I see why. this is a favorite restaurant for my childhood and it's sad to see it decline like this. read more

I had lunch at this Arby's recently and was pleasantly surprised at how clean and new looking the indoor dining area looked. Very impressive, considering the area businesses are older and a little run down, including Arby's. They of course are hiring like any other place right now but the service was quick enough and the food came out hot and order was correct! read more

Quick and speedy service awesome food and friendly people who help you to your every need

We went to the store this past Friday and the lady working the drive-thru did not have much customer service training. After taking the order, you could tell she had an attitude. After waiting 20 minutes for a sandwich and some mozzarella sticks, mind you it was not busy when we got there, the order is finally delivered to us. Kinda seemed like she was doing us a favor. Definitely not coming back to this store. Arby's spend more time training your team members on how to provide customer service. read more

This location is clean, update and cute. The food was not overly greasy and their was a cute sauce bar. Restaurant was clean and staff was friendly. I would definitely come back to this location! read more

Close it down or find someone who wants to work and deliver good fresh food. They close early and give poor service.

Went in for lunch & Brian and passion had some really good costumer service the food was really fresh as well

I used to love arbys! I went to the Location on gsw and my food was COLD AND HARD you can't even call because the line just goes to voice mail horrible experience read more

Went to this location today and really appreciated the great customer service that we received, special shout out to Brian for being such a great employee. read more

Brian from the Great Southwest location in Grand Prairie did amazing. He is a super nice manager and went above to help my mother with her app not working. He made sure we felt like we were heard and understood. read more

Wretched service - went in because Yelp said the dining room was open - it wasn't but they had the counter open for take out. Thing is they were entirely focused on the drive thru. They more or less ignored us and the other customer for several minutes. Finally got the order in and the food was fine. read more

The quality of food has diminished. Just ordered The Gobbler and the lettuce was moldy almond with the sandwich being poorly put together. I was not given a receipt because I paid cash. I have noticed when using a card you will get a receipt, payments of cash, no receipt. Frustrating since this was my lunch break and can't return or eat this sandwich. read more

Order a French dip and the steak sandwich combo. My sandwich which I ordered without peppers was loaded with them! My fries were cold and half of them burned. Tried calling them from the time of delivery which was close to 3 pm until I got off work at 745 pm. Line has been busy the whole time. I'm out of my delivery fee and I had to be hungry!!!!! Never again!!!! read more

Stay away from this location. It needs to be shut down. Two years they have never gotten my order right. They owe me like 20 turnovers by now (lost count) because they always forget to put it in the bag. They never have salted caramel cookies. The last shake I had tasted like cleaning solution and made me vomit. Today I ordered a roast turkey ranch and bacon. It came out with only turkey and lettuce. No onion, no cheese, no ranch, no bacon! WTH? Last straw for me. read more

I have been eating here for years. The food is fabulous. I had a long day yesterday and didn't feel like cooking anything for dinner, so I went to the drive up window at Arby's in Grand Prairie. Who ever the young lady was manning the window on 3 Feb 2015 at 8:00 pm gave me superb service. Give her a bonus. Arby's rocks. read more

Everything and I mean everything is cooked in the microwave. Ordered a #10, got a nasty cheddar roast beef on a some kind of onion roll Yuck! Went back to get it fixed, but since the lady in the driver thru rang up the nasty cheddar sandwich, I had to PAY for the Double Roast beef I had ordered in the first place. I had $20.00 bucks when I started my day today, now I am broke. Also did not like the condescending, looks like he dropped out of high school so he could work at Arby's, jerk that was working the front counter. While I was there another customers order inside was messed up as well, do you think they made him pay twice, no, why, because he was a man. Any how Arby's thanks for making my latest trip my last. Will not be going back to ANY of your locations. read more

This location needs a lot of help. Employees were very slow. Took 29 minutes for a $20 order. Very small girl at the counter was very slow. Sandwich's were cold. read more

The service was good. They need to hurry and hire more employees. The food was great. The restroom was clean, but the women's bathroom regular stall's door did not lock or close all the way. read more

I'll just say try the cookies. Thank me later. The customer service is not the best but the cookies get you in and out quick. I like the sliders but their food is overpriced and they don't seem to care. Good luck! read more

The food here is cold and the service from the employees is horrible. I think they were more interested in what each other was doing outside of work later that night then serving their customers. About six months ago they did a full remodel of this location. News flash Arby's it's not the building it's your horrible employees that is making the location not be profitable. ** I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THIS LOCATION AGAIN*** Stay far far away from here!!!!! read more

My daughter and I went today for lunch bcause they advertised how great the fish is. HORRIBLE. We ordered 2 Deluxe Fish sandwiches and curly fries. Got home and had the wrong food in bag and the fries were not seasoned and cold. We asked for extra tartar and I promise it was enough on one sandwich to share btween 3. We paid over $12 to have been Totally disappointed.. NEVER will I blieve the hype on their food again. I gave one star bcause they got me to the restaurant with the advertisement. read more

Have been there at least a dozen times more than half the they leave something out of the order or we will order a mid size sandwich and not get the larger sandwich . The employes always seem like have better things to do than be there and if you say anything they look at you like you an a@$)h?!e to say anything. I would give them no stars but I had to give them one! read more

Don't come here this is the second time and the service is bad I was waiting at the drivethur for 7mins still no answer pulled up no cars looked through the window and saw four or five employees talking and laughing and they didn't even say sorry excuse us nothing also my order wasn't even right someone needs to clean this place up read more

I've haven't had a problem with this venue. Service is friendly and orders came out fast. Even drive thru was good service

One star is for the fact that we actually got food. We went during lunch today. Drive thru. The drive thru attendant repeated our order back to us as we were ordering. We waited at the window after paying for more than 5 minutes. There was no one in front of us and the parking lot had just enough cars for the amount of people working. Our food finally came out cold, and our sides were wrong, and we got a total of 4 ketchup packets and 3 Arby Sauces. I would not recommend going to this Arby's or you cross your fingers they get your order right. read more

Love this place! They always have good service in both the drive thru and in the dining room. The food is always fantastic and I drive 10-15 minutes just to go there! I love it! It's great!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

I was the only car in the drive-thru. It took 10 mins. The girl at window was very friendly tho. French dip was decent, but the curly fries were broken, rock hard scraps. Please replace them with regular fries. I expect a little better quality given I spent $18 for 2 combos, even from a fast-food joint. read more

I go here for lunch quite often and always find the service to be excellent and friendly. I have been with groups of 4 or more and never seen a screwed up order. I'm anxiously awaiting the renovations to complete. The store inside was getting a bit run down, so I think these changes will make things much better. read more

I went through the drive thru and ordered a #5 (Beef n Cheddar combo) and asked, as I always do, for NO red sauce. The employee, Valencia, verified NO RED SAUCE and when she handed me my order I asked her again and she (again) confirmed my order was as I ordered it- WITH NO RED SAUCE. I get home and see a huge slathering of disgusting RED SAUCE all over my sandwich. I call the manager, who's name I forget, and tell him I want my money back. He agrees but wants me to bring him the receipt. Um. No. I am not driving all the way back to the restaurant because of their mistake. This is 2014 and my order CAN be verified and a refund CAN be processed without me having to take MORE time out of my day to bring back an order that was screwed up by Valencia. This kind of treatment by the manager is unacceptable and really unfortunate as I love Arby's food but the service (at this location anyway) could really use some serious help. I filed a complaint with the BBB to get my refund. read more

This place has gotten worse as time goes on. They recently ha a management change and added a bunch of new staff, but certainly the bottom of the barrel. They have this annoying girl that take orders that gets everything wrong. She has this habit, with EVERY customer, of quoting their price in "millions" of dollars. If your order is $6.25, she says "that will be 6 million dollars and 25 cents". It would be cute once in a while, but with every customer on every order, it gets OLD! Every order I've gotten lately has been messed up. If you ask to "cut the ___", you will get double of it. If you ask for extra, you get less than normal. I will not return. read more
