This has to be the worst Arby's on earth. I thought it was a fluke to get a bad sandwich here but twice in 2 week and the beef was so damn dry it was made earlier in the week. Went for the 2 for $6.99. Got the fish sandwich which was pretty good and the beef and cheddar not so much. Beef not much flavor and not much meat. Bun was almost flat as a pancake. Would go back for the fish but not the beef sandwich read more

Arby's Why is it every time I want to order there is an issue? This time I could not use the Doordash app as there was no option to order fries on the app. I had to use the Arby's app and it only worked for pickup. If I tried delivery it just sat and spun for 5 minutes. There was also no option to select sauce packets on the Arby's app itself. So I went to Arby's in the heat which I didn't want to do. I got there the hand will be my order it was already sealed I turned around there were no sauce packets available so I asked them for sauce packets I open my package I put the packets in. So if I had ordered I would have got no sauce. I got out to the car to check the order and I got as you this time but no French dip sandwich normally it's the other way around I get the French dip sandwich and no aju even though I've called and pointed out please make sure the audio is in the order. I've seen that Arby's is going downhill around the country and now I see why. I work in the gig economy I don't ever pick up an order from Arby's and now I see why. this is a favorite restaurant for my childhood and it's sad to see it decline like this. read more

I had lunch at this Arby's recently and was pleasantly surprised at how clean and new looking the indoor dining area looked. Very impressive, considering the area businesses are older and a little run down, including Arby's. They of course are hiring like any other place right now but the service was quick enough and the food came out hot and order was correct! read more

We went to the store this past Friday and the lady working the drive-thru did not have much customer service training. After taking the order, you could tell she had an attitude. After waiting 20 minutes for a sandwich and some mozzarella sticks, mind you it was not busy when we got there, the order is finally delivered to us. Kinda seemed like she was doing us a favor. Definitely not coming back to this store. Arby's spend more time training your team members on how to provide customer service. read more

The quality of food has diminished. Just ordered The Gobbler and the lettuce was moldy almond with the sandwich being poorly put together. I was not given a receipt because I paid cash. They owe me like 20 turnovers by now (lost count) because they always forget to put it in the bag. They never have salted caramel cookies. Went back to get it fixed, but since the lady in the driver thru rang up the nasty cheddar sandwich, I had to PAY for the Double Roast beef I had ordered in the first place. One star is for the fact that we actually got food. We went during lunch today. Drive thru. The drive thru attendant repeated our order back to us as we were ordering. We waited at the window after paying for more than 5 minutes. There was no one in front of us and the parking lot had just enough cars for the amount of people working. Our food finally came out cold, and our sides were wrong, and we got a total of 4 ketchup packets and 3 Arby Sauces. I would not recommend going to this Arby's or you cross your fingers they get your order right. read more

I go here for lunch quite often and always find the service to be excellent and friendly. I have been with groups of 4 or more and never seen a screwed up order. I went through the drive thru and ordered a #5 (Beef n Cheddar combo) and asked, as I always do, for NO red sauce. The employee, Valencia, verified NO RED SAUCE and when she handed me my order I asked her again and she (again) confirmed my order was as I ordered it- WITH NO RED SAUCE. I get home and see a huge slathering of disgusting RED SAUCE all over my sandwich. I call the manager, who's name I forget, and tell him I want my money back. He agrees but wants me to bring him the receipt. Um. No. I am not driving all the way back to the restaurant because of their mistake. This is 2014 and my order CAN be verified and a refund CAN be processed without me having to take MORE time out of my day to bring back an order that was screwed up by Valencia. This kind of treatment by the manager is unacceptable and really unfortunate as I love Arby's food but the service (at this location anyway) could really use some serious help. This place has gotten worse as time goes on. They recently ha a management change and added a bunch of new staff, but certainly the bottom of the barrel. They have this annoying girl that take orders that gets everything wrong. She has this habit, with EVERY customer, of quoting their price in "millions" of dollars. If your order is $6.25, she says "that will be 6 million dollars and 25 cents". It would be cute once in a while, but with every customer on every order, it gets OLD! Every order I've gotten lately has been messed up. If you ask to "cut the ___", you will get double of it. If you ask for extra, you get less than normal. I will not return. read more
