I was thankful the AC was working really well, as today the temperature outside was over 100°! I was impressed with the facility. It is pleasant, and apparently a local hangout. It's only three short blocks off the main highway (281) and has good parking. Basic customer service would be to notify customers about unavailable items before taking their payment -- and certainly to refund them if the item isn't available. This felt dishonest and completely unprofessional. I won't be coming back.
