The staff and / or owners are friendly and work hard to keep things moving along. The offer drip coffee. There's a few bar seats at this location but it's best to take your food to go. At this particular location (there's 4 locations now!) there's no accessible entrance (nor exit). Kind of baffles my mind on why they didn't build a ramp with the newer set of stairs at the exit door. I even made the comment that it's really too bad they don't use the order window on the side (like they did in the pandemic), for us that need to avoid the challenge of stairs. There's also no railings on the steps, so be sure footed in wet & winter conditions (even if you're not disabled). So as much as I love the food & coffee at Farrow, I have to leave it as it's a place I'm going to only on a randomly decent mobility day for the knees & legs.
