I'm gave this restaurant a star because there is nothing lower on the app. For all Black/African American travelers coming through Donalsonville please do not even think about stopping here to eat. The couple from India that I encountered, looked at each other and laughed when I came in and after they waited on the white gentleman in front of me they both walked off to do other task. Neither acknowledged me to say "I'll be with you shortly" or anything else remotely close to customer service. This was done intentionally and only did the male acknowledge me after seeing that I was walking out the door! The Indian guy working in the store is soon rude. I walked in to place my order. The guy was cleaning the back counter. I placed my order. He did not wash his hands. He picked up the gloves. Touching the fingers with his dirty hands. I asked him to wash his hands and put on clean gloves. That really made him mad. He made my sandwich I paid for it because I ordered it. I threw it at him and told him to pick it up and throw it away because it was not edible. I have not nor will I ever go back in that store ever again. We stopped for dinner and I'm going to say this is by far the best Subway we have ever ate at. The bread was fresh and soft the veggies were fresh and the service was great. So from now own when we travel through again we will definitely stop and have dinner again! I wish all Subways was this good! read more

I've always had good service with the one in donalsonville and both in Bainbridge ga but now there's something funky going on with this one

Fountain drinks have zero carbonation, it's almost always like that. This subway doesn't offer but 2 types of cheese, white American and provolone and sometimes pepper jack. They also discontinued brown mustard and they don't carry seafood salad. The owner is not a people person either, he acts like you are bothering him by even being there. One of only 3 places to eat here otherwise I would not come here. read more

I would recommend that you go elsewhere. The owners aren't very kind. The male owner short coughs on your food every time that he makes your sandwich. Also this location doesn't open early enough for breakfast. When the doors are open, they are unprepared to serve customers. read more

I would much rather be able to say no stars. I asked for an Italian BMT. Which is ham, salami, and pepperoni. I don't like salami so I usually ask for extra ham or pepperoni. Not both just one to replace the lost the salami. I was harshly told NO. I asked the lady not to ring it up as a BMT then. We tried to use our text coupons and they refused them.
