We waited a total of 45 minutes before we got our items, mind you this was just a family of 4 order. Our burgers and nuggets were ice cold, and our fries that they re made were so salty, we couldn't even eat them. The food was absolutely disgusting, the service was terrible, chaotic, and all over the place. They didn't seem to care at all about mobile orders or orders placed in store. We saw over 30 cars go through their drive thru while we waited for our food that we had ordered an hour ahead, and then had to wait 45 min after we arrived. This was the most awful, terrible, ridiculous experience we have ever had. They weren't apologizing at all.
