With no one else in the drive-thru, we backed up, showed the CFA employee the tiny nuggets... and asked her to make it right. She stepped away ... When she returned, she said, "Can I have that box so I can see...?" We said, can we please see a manager? A Manager (Short man with dark hair): "Can I help you?" (as if he wasn't told the issue). We showed him the nuggets... He said, "We have an APP that tells us what size is acceptable or not..." We said What? You don't need an "APP" to tell you that these are 1/3rd the size they should be" ... AND are the SMALLEST nuggets from ANY CFA EVER!! He just stared at us! Then he said... "What do you want me to do?" then asked for the box. - My husband said, if you take this box, you'll just throw them away... so, why don't you just give us a few to make up the difference (for what we paid for)? I went after the barbecue because the chicken express wasn't quite open yet. The sauce was really smoky and good. The brisket was good. The Twinkie was just OK I think because it was cold. Service was pretty decent. Pricing was a little pricey for gas station but it is barbecue. Definitely will stop again on a road trip.
