Depending on the day you go if it's mid morning, it's quiet or mid afternoon it's peaceful. But there is a problem and I have to address it that when you order onion rings, they should be hot and ready to go, when I got my onion rings, I drove away. I had to drive back. I had to go in and tell them it would be nice to receive fresh hot onion rings. Why am I telling you how to do your job? You should know how to do your job. You don't hand out onion rings and assume that I'm gonna be OK with cold greasy onion rings. Let me teach you how it is when you go through the drive-through, you tell the person that's listening for your order. You need to tell her or him that you want a fresh hot hamburger and fresh hot fries or fresh hot onion rings whatever the case may be because if you don't say anything, you're gonna get a cold hamburger, cold fries or a cold order of onion rings had enough of this. I don't think the people working there would want to eat cold fries, cold onion rings and a cold hamburger then why would you serve that to your customers?!

You can't scrape it off as the burger is contaminated and therefore dangerous. After the 8th time, I wrote to Wendy's corporate office. They had the local manager Nareen call me who was fairly nice and promised a free meal f9r the family next visit. When we went, she denied having made the offer, and even denied having called me. Phone logs don't lie, why lie about such a thing? She was extremely belligerent and rude, arguing in front of other customers. Isn't it enough that they mess up the orders consistently but then felt it appropriate f9r a manger to yell at and berate us. Wendy's corporate office needs to ensure their reputation isn't damaged by individuals like Nareen Who clearly thinks that excelling at Your job means doing it worse than anyone else. Wendy's food is decent and we liked it but there are MANY choices out there and I doubt I would pay for the privilege of my child being made ill from mistakes, or for the abusive behavior of the manager. Harvey's and McDonald's- no wonder your businesses are doing well, with this Wendy's next to you.
