We started with the cheese curds, and I have one request for the owners: please bottle whatever dipping sauce comes with them. The portion was generous, and I'd give the cheese curds a solid 9/10 on the stretch meter, which I consider an important scientific measurement. We paired them with a local IPA and a Modelo while taking in the relaxed neighborhood vibe. Between the friendly staff, local décor, full bar, and laid-back atmosphere, it felt like one of those places where locals become regulars. The only minor downside was that it was pretty warm inside during our visit, but it was also a warm day outside, so it didn't take away from the experience.
