If I could give negative stars I would. Ordered online, go in to pick up order, its not ready. No biggie, I get it. I give my name, the young man tells me that unfortunately, they are out of meatballs, would I like something else, sure ok. Turkey on Italian herbs and cheese. He pulls bread out and I noticed it was plain white bread. I asked what bread he was using. He said Italian herbs and cheese. I said, oh, you must be out of cheese for it, he looks me dead in the eye and said, we are out of the bread you want. ~sigh~ fine, I'll deal. After the sandwiches are done, he steps over to bag my cookies. I ordered 2 oatmeal raisins and 2 chocolate chip. He says, oh I'm sorry, we only have1 chocolate chip. For the love of all that's good and holy, if you ate out of products, remove it from the app! Over all the most disappointing visit ever. Absolutely awful experience. A guy named Grant wouldn't take my order for over 5 minutes with me standing right in front of him because he was too busy on his phone. Then, he was sloppy with my sandwich and messed it up even when i repeated myself several times. Not only did he burn it till it was black, he put shredded cheese and then picked it all off piece by piece, then he refused to remake the sub. I got my two sandwiches exactly as ordered. It was around 5pm on a Saturday evening so service was quick, fast and friendly.

Staff is incompetent, watched a girl try to figure out the bread oven for 10 min before acknowledging we were there (the two of us were the only customers). They don't have chips, toasters down, soda machine is down. Staff was more worried about their gossip then our orders. Don't get me wrong I understand subway is "fast food" but this was ridiculous. one of the best subway locations i've been at! the store was very clean, and the guy named grant was very attentive to my order. there was actually an altercation with another customer who attempted to run out with his meal without paying, and grant handled it very professionally. very impressed! will come again! read more

The only reason I give one star is because I can't give zero or negative numbers. The subway app is an absolute joke. It is difficult to navigate and the. Tells me my card is expired, which it is not. It won't let me add the card because it's already on file. I finally get the order placed. I show up after the time my food is suppose to be ready. I hear the customers in line being told over and over they are out of items including breads and vegetables. I finally get waited on to be told they haven't started my order yet. I should have read the reviews first. I like to support local business. Not sure where to begin.....bathroom had two toilets, just one stall....filthy dirty would be an understatement. The staff was very unprofessional looking, very inappropriate clothing, no gloves, hair not pulled back....zero customer service skills and rudeness to a level I have never encountered before. I asked to speak with a manager and was told there is not one, then asked for a way to contact owner or franchise office.....no one wanted to give me the information and voices behind the wall were speaking very inappropriately. A girl came from behind the wall and told me there was no where to call and to go online, the small pregnant girl continued to become aggressive in her behavior and responses towards me. I only hope the owners are made aware and make significant improvements. read more

When I walked in the store, it seemed very nice but boy was I wrong. The first thing the employee said to me was, "I'm supposed to be taking a nap right now but I can't do that today." Then I noticed she was not wearing gloves and was not wearing a hair net while she put her hands into the lettuce box. While she was wrapping up my sandwich I noticed that another employee was eating a cookie in the back and then went back to work WITHOUT washing his hands. Not a recommended place to eat. Came in the middle of the day which was if course busy, as expected, but poor service nonetheless. The bread basically god ripped apart, and the veggie counter was a whole other experience. Banana peppers in the green pepper bin, out of spinach, olives mixed with the cucumbers. And the different dressings and sauces everywhere in the counter, not clean at all. And the bathroom is very interesting, and bot clean at all. We were passing through town for vacation so we went and set up lawn chairs in the parking and ate outside because it was cleaner. So basically, just dont go here. read more

By far the worse Subway we have ever been to! VERY DIRTY, no toilet paper or papertowels in bathroom. Front door hasn't seen glass cleaner for months. Ceiling fan over tables had chunks of dirt ready to fall off. Bread was hard. We arrived about an hour after they opened and every table was filthy. Oven not working... I could go on! Placed an order online, was scheduled to pick up at 6:20. When I arrived I was told that they had not started my order because they had been busy. They stated it right away and everything was fine until the girl working coughed all over the vegetables (didn't cover her mouth or even try to turn away). I then noticed the guy who was at the cash register, had A LOT of hair on his shirt. I'm not sure if it was cat hair, dog hair or what but it was EVERYWHERE. he then went to make sandwiches, while wearing his nasty shirt. We always went to bridgeman subway. On December 28, we went in for a order for 7 subs to find out...there out of meatballs, out of garlic sub bread, so i changed to steak n cheese, out of that kind of cheese....and oh ya....the toaster dont work....so i went to the sub shop at the gas station up the road..the football party was saved by quiznos. read more

My family came here a couple times this week it was terrible. First time in ,the middle of the day ,were out of all their veggies and refused to restock. Second day the store was dirty/messy chairs thrown around the counter where they make the sandwiches was cover in grease and other left over sauces in general the store looked as if no one cared. today the store was better looking but the service was terrible one of the ladies in the middle of making one of our subs slammed her hands down and walked away never to be seen again. One star cause I can't give zero. Hands down the grossest restaurant I have ever been in. Walked into the bathroom and walked straight back out of the restaurant. Everything was dirty in the bathroom and no toilet paper anywhere just empty rolls everywhere. Looked like it hasn't been cleaned in a year. Random toilet with no stall then a random stall with a toilet and door that doesn't even lock.The restaurant portion was very dirty as well. Crappy server. Ordered a tuna on wheat, this clown tore the bread in half with his hands (instead of cutting it), then crushed it down flat for some reason. They were almost out of tuna. Instead of getting more he scraped out every last shred of the old stuff, and barely got one full scoop (normal is 2 scoops). He was also rude and surly the whole time.
