This branch is at the entrance to the Castlepoint shopping area so it does get a fair amount of passing trade so whenever I have been there it doesn't have the eerie silence that can happen in some places if eating outside of the primetime! It has everything that one would expect from any Nandos (Lots of chicken and piri piri sauce for the uninitiated!) the service is speedy as every (Partly as you get to queue up to place your order! AND you get to fill and refill your own drinks!) The menu is the same as all the suburban KFC joints (IE. doesn;t stock the KFC breakfast menu that the city franchises do) but has all the deals that are advertised and for a cheap and filling meal, you could do an awful lot worse!

I think this because firstly, you get your food quite quickly and it comes still warm. Secondly, the staff are all very calm and do not rush around like in McDonalds. What I do not like about this fast food restaurant is that the floor can get quite messy and it's horrible when you are having to step on wet chicken greasy papers and straw papers. Finally if it becomes busy the queue ends up outside on the pavement and it can get quite cold and you just get fed up. In conclusion, I think this KFC is very good and that's why I rate it 2 stars out of 5.
