This branch is at the entrance to the Castlepoint shopping area so it does get a fair amount of passing trade so whenever I have been there it doesn't have the eerie silence that can happen in some places if eating outside of the primetime! It has everything that one would expect from any Nandos (Lots of chicken and piri piri sauce for the uninitiated!) the service is speedy as every (Partly as you get to queue up to place your order! AND you get to fill and refill your own drinks!) There isn;t a great deal of cleaning going on during the times I am there and I find this puts me off my food when we eventually find a clean table, or clear it off ourselves. The space for eating isn;t very good downstairs but you can find more up the stairs. I really wouldn't visit the toilet in here unless you have to however as each time I have found them to be very dirty and smelly. I will always choose somewhere else to eat given the choice.

Finally if it becomes busy the queue ends up outside on the pavement and it can get quite cold and you just get fed up.
