Had a young girl take my order. Was very rude, didn't greet me but didn't think much of it at first. She kept mumbling while asking me what I'd like on my sandwich and when I kept saying "what" or "sorry could you please repeat that" (my exact words) she would raise her voice with an obnoxious tone and roll her eyes then proceeded to go back to mumbling.after she took my order I had said "thank you so much" then she didn't say anything and stepped to the back to vape without closing door! I went through the drive thru on the way home after a long day and ordered a Pickleball Club described on their website as "thin-sliced Black Forest ham, crisp bacon, and American cheese on our Artisan Italian bread. With lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, red onions, and our Honey Mustard sauce". I added pepper jack cheese and jalapeños, but when I got home, a 20 minute drive, I opened it up and discovered that I had nothing but a little ham on a foot long piece of bread. So I paid $13.60 for a sub which wasn't even the equivalent of a $2.00 ham sandwich. I called and asked to speak to the manager and was told that there wasn't one there and that she only worked from 8-3, so there's no one in charge during dinner hours?! Weird. I was told to call back the next day. Unfortunately I wasn't able to call back the next day as I just moved here and I'm still dealing with contractors to get my house finished so I called on Wednesday. This time I got to speak to the manager who rudely told me that "if what I was saying was true that I would have called the next day and that in order to get credit for the bad sandwich that I had to bring it back.". I have to ask, how in the world am I supposed to get a sandwich back to them 2 days later, and why was this woman so rude when I simply wanted credit for a bad meal?! This Subway has lost my business for life, and I'll wait to see how corporate deals with this. If their answer is not some form of credit then Subway has lost my business permanently. #19-2021 another Subway located inside of a Love's travel center. Also with the McDonald's franchise separately. both 24 hours. all the same pretty much fair that a Subway Loves has the same menu board all the other same stuff for the most part currently as of February 2021 it's the specials are the barbecue chicken and buffalo chicken. I came in here hungry and ordered up a 6in turkey deluxe on wheat bread. service was average could have been a little better cashier was kind of not quite paying attention to everything I said I had to stop her before she put away too much honey mustard on told her twice just a couple of thin lines but oh well. got the combo with the bag of baked lays regular chips and diet Pepsi. as before as I've said nothing stood out nothing really stood behind food tasted ok. so three stars straight across the board direct average Subway. read more

Stopped in during an exhausting road trip for a late dinner. Matthew was the only worker and even during a rush he did a fantastic job of making our sandwiches and cashiering efficiently. He also managed to offer customer service that exceeded my expectations. Wonderful experience, would visit again. read more

The staff was very friendly and accommodating to my random food requests. The veggie patty is really tasty. The place was clean and the ingredients looked fresh. The bathroom was also clean for being attached to a gas station. Just needed a quick place to stop and refuel and it satisfied those needs! read more
