Food is usually good but Collinsville has some of the worst workers around. Very rude. Some never say a nice word at all and act like they don't want to be there. I was sitting waiting for my order today and the guy looked at me like i was causing him a problem. Like i said the food is good price could be better, but the service is disgusting. Need to go through and let some go and hire people that are not so hateful. You know customer service is a big part of a business staying open and we certainly dont need to close another business in this area. It's been a while since I had a Whopper as there are none near where I live. I went to the drive-thru instead of going in. Placing my order was effortless. I was not rushed and the lady taking the order repeated it back to me the first time without error. I then pulled around to the 2nd window as instructed where I paid and was given my drink. My food was to come only about 30 seconds later. I pulled ahead and parked in the driveway to see if my order was correct. Sure enough, it was. I had exactly what I ordered along with napkins and ketchup. The only reason for the 1-star deduction is that the french fries were not very good at all. Most of the reason is because BK fries are just not very good, but they were also a tad cooled down. I wouldn't have an issue going here again though.
