The resolve from Public Storage was to move me from my premium first floor unit to the second floor at a higher monthly price (best available). They gave me $25 however my rent that was $116 for my original unit was priced at $139! I asked if I could have this unit I was inconveniently placed in for the same price as my original, and they would not budge. Furthermore, the transfer to the second floor was terrible because occasionally the elevator would be non-functioning for up to three days in a row at times. This is something that no one is notified about so you don't know (nor could they tell you when it will be resolved!) until you arrive to transport things in or out. On top of that, they just went up on the rent from $139-$197! Absolutely not, not, not. Goodbye forever, and I'm going to tell anyone who asks.
